STREAM wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced practitioner or organisation to develop, deliver and manage a programme of innovative arts based work exploring the interface between arts and community from July 2011 to July 2014. Stream is a vibrant, well-established media-arts organisation based in Greenwich with strong links to the local community. It has a clear vision about the work it produces and is highly respected within the artistic fraternity. The Board of Trustees is seeking proposals which include plans for the successful delivery of current projects and the development of new activity.

Proposals on the attached form (see Tender Document), typeset in Arial or a similar font at 12 point size, should be submitted as a single sided, unbound hard copy, 5 bound copies and as an electronic copy, in pdf, via email. All copies must arrive by the deadline, 1300 hours Friday 22nd July 2011. CVs should be attached as appendices.
