A drawing, writing, photography and model making project by artists Rib Davis and Barby Asante, as part of Stream's Imagine East Greenwich programme, with Year 6 children from Christ Church Primary school.

The Great Estate explores what life should or could be like in the future for the communities of the Caletock and Flamstead estates in East Greenwich. The children worked with Rib Davis to interview adults living on the neighbouring estates and created poems about what life might be like on the future estate. With Barby Asante, they then started to visualize these ideas and dreams and to plan, design and draw out a new map of their estate.

Finally they built a model of the new estate which was exhibited in a number of venues around the local area.
